How to use Pumpkin seeds
Include pumpkin seeds to nutritious sautéed vegetables or sprinkle them on top of mixed green salads. Alternatively grind the seeds with fresh garlic, parsley and cilantro leaves and mix with olive oil and lemon juice for a tasty salad dressing.
